The Central Powers on the Russian Front, 1914-1918: Images of War

Spanning thousands of miles, from the Baltic Sea to the Black Sea, the front saw some of the heaviest fighting and greatest losses of the war. This book presents a unique collection of photographs that document the Central Powers' campaigns on the Russian Front. These images offer a glimpse into the daily lives of soldiers, the horrors of war, and the impact of the conflict on the landscape.
